Kalita Mino-Yaki 185 Ceramic dripper Sand Grey

Mino ceramics have a 1,300-year history and originate from the Tono region in Gifu Prefecture—Japan's largest pottery-producing area. The Tono region consists of several sub-regions, each renowned for its exceptional ceramics: Tajimi, Toki, Mizunami, and Kani.

These beautiful coffee drippers are crafted in Dachi, a town in Toki. The "DACHI" brand is displayed on the underside of each piece.

The drippers are finished with a "Yohen" glaze that changes color during the firing process. This gives each piece a unique color variation, making your dripper truly one of a kind.

From origin to cup

Bringing out the best in coffee isn't just about roasting it well; it's about everything that happens before and after. We work with importers who value transparency, and we choose coffees for their origin and character, not for convenience.

Once they reach our roastery in Zottegem, each batch is carefully roasted in small quantities and tailored to what makes that coffee unique, whether it is intended for a filter machine or an espresso machine.

The process doesn't stop there: how it is packaged, stored, and brewed also determines the cup you ultimately drink. It is that attention from start to finish that, in our opinion, makes the difference.
