At Drip Coffee, we roast our coffee in small batches and ship it as fresh as possible.
Processing Time & Freshness

Coffee is freshly roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer; this will be communicated where applicable.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped via Bpost.

Estimated delivery time within Belgium: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times to other EU countries may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Any promotions such as free shipping over a certain order value will be clearly displayed in the webshop.
Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code.
Packaging

Our coffee is packed in aroma-sealed bags with a one-way valve to preserve freshness and quality.

We aim to use sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.
Issues with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at webshop@dripcoffee.be, including photos if possible.
