Shipping policy

At Drip Coffee, we roast our coffee in small batches and ship it as fresh as possible.

Processing Time & Freshness

  • Coffee is freshly roasted and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer; this will be communicated where applicable.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped via Bpost.

  • Estimated delivery time within Belgium: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery times to other EU countries may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Any promotions such as free shipping over a certain order value will be clearly displayed in the webshop.

Track & Trace

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace code.

Packaging

  • Our coffee is packed in aroma-sealed bags with a one-way valve to preserve freshness and quality.

  • We aim to use sustainable packaging materials whenever possible.

Issues with Your Order

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at webshop@dripcoffee.be, including photos if possible.

  • We will always work with you to find a suitable solution.
