We're not just about coffee: we also want to help you further in your coffee journey. Whether you're just stepping into the world of coffee, want to deepen your knowledge, or give your team members a solid foundation, you can do it all with us!
At Drip, we love to share the knowledge we've gained over the years, and we have a lot of experience in training/teaching.
What can you come to us for?
- Introduction to Coffee: the basic training where we introduce you to the world of coffee. Did you know that coffee comes from a fruit?
- Espresso: short and powerful like the drink itself – how do I adjust a grinder and how do I consistently brew a good espresso?
- Latte Art: this workshop builds on the "espresso" workshop – so you already need the basic knowledge to brew a good espresso – where you delve into properly steaming milk and creating beautiful milk designs.
- Home Barista: the vibe of the coffee bar, but at home! In this training for home users, we focus on how to best adjust your grinder and brew the best shots. This training is a simplified combination of the "espresso" and "latte art" trainings – which are primarily intended for professionals.
- Filter Coffee: the art of pour-over coffee? You'll discover it in this workshop, and the result might surprise you!
- Roasting: coffee roasting is not found in any official curriculum. It's also something you can't learn with just one course. Together, we'll go through the process of what happens during coffee roasting and what we, as coffee roasters, need to pay attention to. You can also get started with our sample roaster.
Our workshops primarily take place in our training room at the roastery - Oude Heirbaan, 69, 9620 Zottegem.
