Roasting

The art of roasting is something you learn through experience, a true craft. Joris apprenticed with Tom&Miguel (Belgium) and Morten (CoffeeMind, Denmark) and has been a master roaster since 2022.

During the roasting workshop, we will examine the roasting process. What exactly is happening during roasting and why? What are the different roasting stages and what is a recipe?

In addition, we will roast ourselves on the Nucleus Link sample roaster and you can take the coffee home with you - please bring a box or bag for this.
